Lyle Spanger is a lightbulb dealer with a British accent. He heads to Schnitzel to look into the strange phenomenon of the Cloud and to see if it has anything to do with defective lightbulbs. He sadly is turned into a clown. Even more tragically, a boogie seems to remain permanently lodged in his nostril.
He is voiced by Clive Revill.

- Voice actor Clive Revill also played the lead Lawn Gnome Baffeardin and the detective Hermil Sioiro. He was the original voice of Alfred Pennyworth, Bruce Wayne's butler, on Batman: The Animated Series, but had to leave after three episodes because he was committed to do summer stock theater in Europe.[1]
