Mike manages various hot dog stands which Freakazoid frequents over the course of the series. He believes in ringing his cash register bell often in order to give angels their wings, and looks out for Freakazoid when he is on a papaya binge. He is a trusted enough confidante to have Freakazoid's pager number. He has no interest in seeing Gulliver (a comedian who hits watermelons with a mallet).
